The art of sweet and savoury

Why choose, when you can have both?

At Yona, in La Valentine (13011), brunch is shared both ways: a savoury plate that truly satisfies, a sweet treat to finish in style, and often both in the middle of the table.

Truffle Pancake Madame, avocado toast and eggs Benedict on one side; French-toast brioches, croffles and red-berry bowls on the other. Moving from one to the other takes no effort — that's the whole spirit of the house.

Both sides of the table

Savoury, sweet, and everything in between

The savoury side

Truffle Pancake Madame, Baobeef, eggs Benedict, avocado toast, Italian bagel or Nordic focaccia: generous plates, served warm and beautifully presented.

The sweet side

Coconut or peanut French-toast brioches, Pavlova-style croffles, red-berry pancakes, fruity bowls: the gourmet part that brings everyone back.

The duo, no compromise

Order one savoury, one sweet, and share. Add a smoothie, a matcha latte or a pink mocktail: brunch easily lasts the whole afternoon.

What to eat at Yona

What can you eat during a sweet and savoury brunch?

During a sweet and savoury brunch at Yona, you build your meal à la carte: a warm, generous savoury plate first, then a sweet treat to share, with a gourmet drink in between. Here is what you will find on the table, in La Valentine (13011).

You pick freely from one side then the other: sweet and savoury is precisely about not having to choose.

How it works

A brunch you build at your own pace

No set tray, no timer: you pick your plates à la carte, savoury then sweet, or both at once. The kitchen is served until 4pm, and the venue stays open until 5pm.

On weekdays, a lunch set lets you go from savoury to sweet in a short break. At weekends, you take your time: that's when sweet and savoury really come into their own.
