This data is used solely to handle your request (reply, quote, booking). The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted, within a limit of 3 years after the last contact.
Recipients
Your data is intended only for the Yona team. E-mails are sent through a technical provider (Mail Hub / Amazon SES) acting as a processor. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Your rights
